Visual Identity
One of our very first clients asked us to design a company logo for them. Another client asked for business cards and stationery. Yet again, another request was put in...personalized envelopes. With such a high request for these and other items, and because clients expect every aspect of their presence to comply with their corporate identity strategy, we decided to create a full list of corporate identity services.
The largest and most respected companies in the world have built a reputation for themselves through their quality products and excellent customer service, but that is not the way you recognize them or the way they stand out in your mind. Every American likes a good burger, but you don't go looking up "good burgers" in the phone book. Instead, a bright yellow arrow points the way straight through the In-N-Out drive thru, or some may find comfort eating their burger on a bench next to Ronald, under the friendly golden arches. However you look at it, there is a type of branding established by every company out there to register in our minds.
Corporate identity is more than just a company logo and a witty slogan. It is a total business strategy and a branding of the company name into the heads of consumers. A company's identity is the building block that positions it in a consumer's mind, and this is more powerful than the best product or service one can create or offer. It is not just an image or a name that builds a brand, but the whole company's identity; its mission, its values, its products and services, its attitude, etc. So when a person drives that car they really believe it is "the ultimate driving machine."
At Romtek we offer superior business consulting services, with the abilities to not only create bold and visually-appealing logos through creative design, but also discover the greatest marketing slogan the public has ever heard. We study your company and find out the best ways to incorporate your mission, values, products, and services into these services in order to create your business identity, therefore establishing a strong foundation to positioning your company in consumers' minds.
Anyone can design and print flyers, leaflets, business cards and other marketing tools, and create slogans and logos, but can they create an identity for your company?

05.21.2010 - Google is leapfrogging Apple
Google is done playing catch-up. Today they're setting the agenda: With Android Froyo, Google TV, mobile ads and streaming media, Google isn't just matching Apple — they're taking the lead.
The Google I/O conference has been dizzyingly dense, with announcements from nearly every corner of Google's ever-expanding apparatus. The meatiest news comes direct from Google's most intense battlefronts: Android Froyo (version 2.2); a bevy of clever new cloud services; and a mobile ad platform paired with Google TV marching into battle with competing products from Microsoft, and much more pointedly, Apple.
