Dave Lemon, Owner of Mazda Trix, came to Romtek Web Solutions with a problem that he believed couldn't be fixed. Mazda Trix's shopping cart was a mess! Problem number one: Every time a customer would order more then one item there would only be a single item in the "shopping cart". Customer was forced to call Mazda Trix to complete order, if after hours or over seas customer would order one item at a time. Problem number two: If customer would add one item to "shopping cart" then decided to navigate back to the "products" then item would disappear off "shopping cart". Problem number three: In the comments blog that was implemented in his check out page comments that where written would not be saved when "confirming items" or "check out". Problem number four: Mazda Trix's e-commerce site could not be viewed by all mobile devices or web browsers; Internet Explore, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox etc. Mr. Lemon tried six different web development companies in the course of three years with no success. Romtek's skilled ASP programmers not only fixed all the bugs in Mazda Trix's e-commerce site but made it compatible with all web browsers. Mr. Lemon was able to see first hand how Romtek Web Solutions added value to his business and saving him tens our thousands of dollars. Mazda Trix now wants us to build a better more functioning e-commerce site, watch for that in 3rd quarter 2010.
